Sweet Summertime!

I LOVE summertime! It is by far my favorite time of year! It's been awhile since you've gotten to see any pictures of my boy...so enjoy!

Here we are about to go swimming. Reese is definately ready to go!

We went to visit Reese's Nana and Jimbo in Midland. We had so much fun! They took us to a Rockhounds game! After the game was over, dad helped Reese run the bases on the field! He was so much smaller than everyone but had a huge grin on his face the whole time! He LOVED the game and we hope we can make it to another before the season is over!

They had "fire-works-crackers" at the game. It's a good thing we saw them there because the City of Abilene cancelled theirs at 8pm on the 4th without telling anyone. We sat in the back of our car with the rest of Abilene until 10 and finally gave up and went home!

The beautiful birthday flowers sent from my daddy! The make our whole house smell AMAZING!

Some crafts we've been doing every morning. My favorite are, of course, the "Tex - pause - as Tech" ones!

We got to spend the 2nd and 3rd in Waco at Garrett's family reunion on his mom's side. It was good to see everyone. Reese loved the baseball game, but couldn't quite understand why he didn't get to hit when he wanted or have someone throw the ball when he wanted. I guess when you are an only child you are used to getting it all right when you want....it was obvious he was frustrated with the "rules of the game"

While we were in Waco, we went to see the Baylor Bears. So cool that they have real live bears living on campus. Reese was very, very upset to leave!
